Naming Convention

Label Tracks

All label tracks should use the following naming convention, without exception:

Labels_<Exact audio filename>.txt

For instance, if the audio filename is "Skywind Follower Lines June20.wav", then the label track must be "Labels_Skywind Follower Lines June20.txt". If the audio filename is "(20.10.23) metaljoemac- Ashlander Retakes (Loud).wav", then the label track must be labeled "Labels_(20.10.23) metaljoemac- Ashlander Retakes (Loud).txt"

Second-Pass Filecutting

If you're doing the second pass on a card, when you finish, take your label tracks and error sheet, put them in a zip file.

If you cut the main submission of this card, then title the zip file:

Checked_Work_Main_<VA Name>_<VA Race>.zip

For instance, if you do the second check on the main submission for Ryan Cooper's Ashlander card, then the filename would be "Checked_Work_Main_Ryan Cooper_Ashlander.zip".

If you cut a retakes submission of this card, then title the zip file:

Checked_Work_VX_<VA Name>_<VA Race>.zip

where X is how many times the script has gone through the retake process, starting at one. For instance, if you check the first set of retakes on Veering's Imperial card, the filename would be "Checked_Work_V1_Veering_Imperial.zip"

Exceptions
